Music: Strip For Me by Landon Thomas – Pittsburgh, PA

Landon ThomasARTIST COMMENT:
Why did you select this song as your single?
I selected “Strip for Me” as my single cause it embodies who I am and what I’m becoming as an artist. The persona of the R&B artist I’m building, sexual and vintage.
What was the writing process for this song?
I free styled half of the song, usually I write the structure and freestyle alot to fill in parts and make the song make sense along with the music.
Will there be a video for this song?
There will be a video for the song soon. I’m working on it with the Antuks (Pittsburgh’s Top video Directors). It needs to be 90’s and darker toned like the “At your best remix” by R Kelly and Aaliyah or “One in a million”.
How does this song relate to the rest of the mix-tape, “Heartbreaker.”?
It embodies the mixtape because it shows the vintage 90’s flavor (flava) I put into this project.
What would it be like to see you perform this song?
Performing it live when I’m finished building my show, will be huge, full of dance and great vocal quality also fun for the crowd.
