Why did you select this song as your single? What was the writing process for this song?
I co-wrote this song with Nashville songwriter/producer Phillip Moore. Basically, we just wanted to write a summer fun rocker country song. The song ties in nicely with the theme of the rest of the album as you’ll want to sing along with the whole album. I selected this song for IMove ILive because it’s really fun to play and listen to. Also, Daisy Dukes is receiving airplay on various radio stations across the country.
