KORR-A celebrated the release of “Cali Love” with a premiere party for both the new single and video on Friday, July 15 at Stir Lounge in Sherman Oaks, CA. Stella Artois, Beeloved Marketing, and Pacari Chocolate sponsored the event, which featured appearances from special guests including Dutch EDM producer Kizzo, producer Richard N. Gladstein, Nick Huffman, and Max Colt.
The night also included a first time ever 30-minute DJ set from KORR-A. The singer debuted her skills on turn tables by showcasing her love for infusing bouncy EDM beats with Hot 100 pop hits. She got the party started with her own remixed versions of Rihanna’s “Needed Me” (from the Grammy Award-winning singer’s platinum selling ANTI album) and other mash-ups from Drake and Kent Jones’ “Don’t Mind.”
Directed by Ukrainian film and music video mastermind, Jensen Noen, the “Cali Love” visuals immediately makes you want to let the pile of paperwork on your desk stack, say F traffic and hit the beach. KORR-A challenges you to kick back and celebrate why California is amazing by taking you on a costal cruise through Malibu as she and her crew dance, surf and party until the sun goes down. “Cali Love” is currently on ITunes.
