@MikeADHDMusic End Mumble Rap

Much can be said about the current state of rap music. Mike ADHD tell us how he feels on his new track, “The Boom Bap is Back (End Mumble Rap).” Check out the interview below as we dive deeper to find the motivation behind the music.
Why did you select this song as your current single?
This song has a strong message and I think hip-hop fans would really dig it.
How does this single relate to the rest of the Album, EP or Mix- tape?
I have a very unique style & story to my music. I have a debut album that I am currently working on.
What was the writing process for the song?
I just write, sometimes I freestyle to gather content. Whatever works at the time.
What does this song’s lyric mean to you?
In this song I speak mention how I make music for the poor, foster children and veterans. To me I’d rather listen to a song with meaning.
What would it be like to see you in person performing this song?
Alot of energy! I have already performed this song in Toronto on 4/20 during Canadian Music Week & I spit a verse from it on stage at a Chris Rivers show in Queens during my boy Ju Muny’s set.
Could your fans summarize who you are as an artist by this song?
I think one song isn’t long enough to tell my story.
Is there a video planned and or completed and if so, what was the idea behind the video?
I am planning a music video for this probably before my album drops. I am working on a few videos to stock up for the album release. Including a video with Sid Wilson, Baby Eazy E, Young Dirty Bastard & Bizarre.
One last question, what is your motivation behind your music?
My motivation is my family, other veterans, foster children. I’m motivated to share my story with the world.
