Indie Music News: Vesuvius Announces First U.S. Tour

Vesuvius is excited to announce their first U.S. run with the “My Place of Solace and Rest Tour pt II”, which includes support from Curses and Change Is. Vesuvius is extremely thankful that the dream of sharing their music in the U.S is coming true. Vocalist Billy Melsness expresses the collective thoughts of the band, “I think I can confidently speak on behalf of everyone in the band when I say that it is an absolute dream come true, to be announcing the second leg of the “My Place of Solace and Rest” tour in the United States. Performing in the U.S. has been an objective since our inception, and we are ecstatic to have been granted the opportunity to travel abroad and present our art to a brand new audience. A massive thanks goes out to our delightful manager/best friend/sixth member of the band, Chris Cave, for all his hard work in realizing this endeavour. Without him we are nothing.”
“My Place of Solace and Rest” has already been garnering national attention for the band and Vesuvius couldn’t be more excited for what this year holds for them. Melsness explains, “This is our year, and we cannot wait to see where the rest of it takes us. Thank you so very much to everyone who has supported Vesuvius and helped make this twenty-one year old kid’s fantastical dreams a reality, one day at a time. See you all on the road.”
