Why did you select this song as your current single?
The energy and the vibe of the song,it has a real aggressive feel and I love that, it’s what I do best
How does this single relate to the rest of the Album, EP or Mix-tape?
Lyrically it’s related to the whole EP as it kinda sets up why I wrote all the other songs but musically it’s a faster pace and more of a kicking down the door song
What was the writing process for the song?
Easy, this song was pretty much done when I first started writing it, it just flowed from the start.
What does this song’s lyric mean to you?
Most of my lyrics I try and set up a story, whether it’s about me or someone I know. I wrote this about the anger,confusion and lack of direction I had growing up in an environment that seemed to be pushing me onto a bad road.
What would it be like to see you in person performing this song?
Massive energy, we usually play this song after a couple songs in so when it hits, it’s like a big ball of anger, pace and energy that we throw out, it’s my favorite song to play, a great release for me
Could your fans summarize who you are as an artist by this song?
Yeah I think so, a lot of my songs deal with what’s going on in my head and have a real aggressive side to them, I’m not an angry person at all but I got some issues man, we all do
Is there a video planned and or completed and if so, what was the idea behind the video?
Video is out now but I hate to give too much away, but it does follow similar themes to the song with its own twist on things
One last question, what is your motivation behind your music?
I just enjoy writing songs, I love being creative, it’s just who I am. It makes me feel better about myself. But also I’ve seen what a song can do for someone, so if what I’m doing can help people relate and feel better then that’s the ultimate motivation.
