Why did you select Bangmode as your new single?
I chose “Bangmode” as my next single because it describes the BANGMODE movement in song form. So many see #BANGMODE online and even downloaded mixtape “BANGMODE” but yet have no idea of what it actually means. So this song will explain that and make you turn up at the same time.
What separates your bangmode movement from others in the rap game?
Bangmode is a mindset for the underdog. The person who doesn’t get a fair shot and continues to fight for theirs. Its all about standing out and demanding attention. When you make enough noise the so called “establishment” has to pay attention. Me coming from a small city called Warren Ohio, we always got swept under the rug because of bigger cities in Ohio but I wanted everyone to know small cities got HUGE talent. Bangmode really means something to that person who doesn’t take NO for a answer. Its a lifestyle and attitude!
What was the reasoning behind the hunger game title for your mixtape?
The reason I chose to name my new tape “The Hunger Games” was because my fans were reaching out to me for more music and I felt the people were hungry for bangers and great quality bars. Besides the fact my last tape dropped in March of this year with all original tracks, I wanted to bring the art of hip hop back with a classic tape with all freestyles like sum DJ Drama “Dedication” type shit. I felt like it was training for sum Olympic games or something so if you ever seen the movie Hunger Games it all made sense with the title.
